Returns and Refund Policy

At DuShibe, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within fourteen days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, with the lace uncut and in its original packaging.

Products that have been worn, customized, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. Sale and clearance items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within five to seven business days. If you prefer to exchange your wig for a different style or color, please contact us to confirm availability.
